We are an independent specialist gym focusing on your goals and results. Our classes and training styles incorporate various functional movements, interval training in an encouraging, fun environment. Our fully equipped functional gym offers a diverse range of equipment, including a free standing rig, Ankorr training harnesses, Olympic lifting barbells, wall balls, slam balls, gymnastics rings, concept 2 rowers, assault bikes, climbing ropes, a 10m turf for sled pushes and much more.
Our gym also boasts a newly renovated, foam matted boxing area with upper cut and wall mounted bags.
And don't forget our BBQ, coffee machine, protein snacks for purchase and chill out zone for hanging after workouts!
